How long will my order take?
Every Nijan product is made to order — printed especially for you when you place your order. Here's the honest timeline:

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin production the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD across most pin codes in India. A few things to know:
- A small COD handling fee of ₹50 is added at checkout
- Please ensure you or someone at the delivery address is available and has the exact cash amount ready
- Our team will confirm your order via WhatsApp before it goes into production — please respond to keep your order moving
- COD is not available for certain remote pin codes — if your pin code is not serviceable for COD, you'll see only prepaid options at checkout
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time. Delivery updates will also appear in your order confirmation email.
Northeast India and remote pin codes
For certain Northeast Indian pin codes and remote areas, orders may be shipped via India Post. Please note:
- India Post delivery can take 3–15 working days
- Real-time tracking may not be available for India Post shipments
- We'll notify you if your order is being shipped via India Post
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking ID first — most delays are courier-side and resolve within 1–2 days
- If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, contact us and we'll raise it with our courier partner immediately
- If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will reproduce and reship it at no cost to you
Undelivered orders
If delivery wasn't possible — wrong address, no one available, COD amount not ready, or the pin code became unserviceable after ordering:
- The order will be returned to our fulfillment center
- We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery — re-shipping charges apply
- Returned orders are held for 100 days — please respond promptly so we can get your order to you
- If you choose not to re-ship, a partial refund of the product cost will be processed — original shipping charges are non-refundable
We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time. We'll announce when this changes — follow us on Instagram @nijan.in for updates.
